Daltix is a fast-growing, successful, data-driven start-up from Belgium with offices in Boom, Ghent and Lisbon. We are bringing real-time insights to the world of retail. How we are doing that? We have developed a set of tools to gather, process and analyze retail data and to bring this all together in our data platform we offer to our clients. So far, we have had great success in doing so. That’s why today Daltix serves customers such as Makro, Lidl, Dreamland, Jumbo, Greenyard,, Unilever and others.

We are looking for a kickass Customer Success Manager who is excited to help customers grow by driving value, delivering top notch support, making trade-offs and setting priorities to the engineering team, every single day, based in Lisbon. As such, you would have the opportunity to make the difference between good and excellent in our project delivery, since our customer contracts can become quite big and divers.


Your typical tasks:

  • Managing your own portfolio of customers and their projects, ensuring they get so much value out of Daltix, they can’t live without it.
  • Having frequent contact with the customer to develop a tight relationship.
  • Understand our retail customers, see where they need a better training/education.
  • Upselling will be an important part of your job. Seeing opportunities to increase their Daltix budget.
  • Gather, process and forward your customers’ voice and questions to the right department (Sales, Engineering, BI).
  • Manage the feedback loop from the right department (Sales, Engineering, BI) to respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage the customers expectations and onboard them onto our Daltix roadmap.
  • Translate customer requests to technical team members and vice versa.

Requirements

Why you're the one, we are dying to meet:

  • You have at least 3 years of project management experience (in data/technical related projects).
  • You have at least 2 years in a customer facing role, ideally for an enterprise software, data, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, Dutch and French.
  • You are comfortable speaking to both C-level execs and individual contributors about value and easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations.
  • You are able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer.
  • You have a very high interest in retail.
  • You love learning new technologies and better ways of working.
  • You are a true team player. Taking ownership and taking care of your peers.
